Turquoise Villa enjoys close proximity to Rawai beach, and is a short walk to a good selection of restaurants, bars, night life and of course easy access to the numerous long tail boats and speed boats that can whisk you away to the golden sands and azures waters of the many outlaying Islands. Alternatively you can stay closer to home and enjoy the benefits of Phuket's "number one" beach, "Nai Harn", just a short drive away.
This extensive contemporary designed villa is situated on the hillside in a quiet development overlooking Rawai Beach and the outlaying Islands protruding from the Andaman Sea. The relaxing aquamarine colours that decorate this villa promote tranquility and harmony with the surrounding sea and sky of the stunning 180 degree views. The turquoise accents contrast perfectly with the comfortable furnishings and the Asian touches that's hint that you are enjoying an exceptional and unspoiled corner of Phuket's tropical Island.
Accommodation comprises of 8 bedrooms (with an optional 9th bedroom or maid's room), all with built in wardrobes, en-suite bathrooms, ceiling fans, remote control air conditioning units and large flat screen TVs with DVD players and cable TV. Bedroom suites are split over three levels, offering 4 king size beds and 4 rooms with twin single beds, therefore comfortably accommodating 16 people. The 9th bedroom is ideal for maids, nannies or two extra people as it has two single bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom.
As you enter the villa onto the "middle level" you will be instantly aware of the breath-taking sea view seen through the huge sliding doors that open up entirely from the main living room onto the spacious balcony and infinity edge swimming pool. The private 9 x 4 metre swimming pool with integral Jacuzzi is surrounded by a spacious sun deck with sun beds, comfortable modern furniture and a large dining table with undercover seating for 16 guests. Additional seating is provided for larger parties to enjoy al fresco dining, and the second sun terrace on the upper balcony can be accessed by external spiral staircase.
Whilst upstairs on the "upper Level" you can enter three of the 9 bedrooms. The master bedroom suite has a king size bed with a large en-suite bathroom, comprising of bath, walk in shower, two hand basins, vanity units and toilet. A spacious dressing area offers extensive wardrobe space and drawers for your use and a personal safe. The master bedroom suite also offers it's own private living room with flat screen TV, DVD player and cable TV. The bedroom has stunning sea views and leads to it's own private balcony with dining table for intimate dining or private breakfasts.
Upstairs is also the location for the second master suite with king size bed, en-suite bathroom, with bath, shower and twin wash hand basins. The sliding doors from the bedroom again open onto private balcony with views over the Andaman Sea. Located next to this bedroom is the first of the twin bedrooms, with huge private bathroom with walk in shower and vanity unit with wash hand basin. Suitable for a couple, or for children that need to be close to their parents, both bedrooms are complete with flat screen TV, DVD player and cable TV. Also found on the upper level of the villa is a spacious “second” living room with sizeable sofa and 50” flat screen TV/DVD player, perfect for comfortably relaxing at the end of the day. The upper level also has a dedicated office with a work desk for those guests having to spend a little time working, made convenient with the high speed WIFI connection and land line telephone.
As you return down the stairs to the "middle level" of the property, you will find yourself in the main living area, again with comfortable sofa and TV/DVD player, but also with access to the fitted western style kitchen which is fully equipped to meet all your needs, with its own comfortable Thai sitting area to relax whilst meals are being prepared. Located on the middle level are two further king size bedroom suites, both with en-suite bathrooms offering baths, walk in showers and twin vanity units with wash hand basins.
Taking the stairs to the "Lower Level" brings you to the enormous Games Room, offering sofa seating and bar stools to relax while others play games of pool, table tennis or darts. Alternatively you can spend time exercising on the gym equipment, while pondering thoughts looking out across the ocean. This lower level of the villa also houses the remaining four bedrooms, three twin rooms, all with two single beds in each, flat screen TVs and private en-suite bathrooms, and the final ninth maids bedroom, also with it's en-suite bathroom and access to the villa's laundry comprising of washing machine, tumble dryer, linen airing and storage areas.
Finally, the lower level boast the unique Cinema Room, complete with 6 double reclining, lounger chairs, seating 12 guests to watch their own choice of movie on the large projector screen, rounded off with popcorn if desired!
We would request no-smoking at Turquoise Villa, but those guests wishing to do so are please asked to do so outside, with care.

Rates quoted for Villa allow for a maximum occupancy of 16 adults. The Villa can accommodate additional young children/babies, but this will depend on the age of the occupants and is at the discretion of the Villa Manager.
An initial deposit (generally 50%) calculated on the total booking amount is requested and is due immediately after completion/execution of the Booking Form. It must be paid to Villa before a confirmation can be issued. The booking shall become effective only when the amount of the deposit has been received by Villa. If funds are not received within 5 banking days following the date of the booking, the booking shall be deemed to be cancelled. Funds should be transfer into the nominated bank account, which will accept multi currency.
Final payment consisting of the remaining balance must be received by Villa, in one or several instalments, at least one month prior to guest arrival (100% advance payment will be required if the booking is made less than 30 days before the guest's arrival). Failure to make the final payment on a timely basis will make reservations subject to automatic cancellation.
The number of people staying at the property must not exceed the maximum capacity indicated in the booking form, except in the case of infants (under four years old), or unless specifically authorised by the Villa Manager. Should the Villa Manager find out that the number of people staying at the Villa exceeds that on the booking form, additional guests will be charged for at 50 USD per person, per night, or asked to vacate and in case of non compliance the Booking may be cancelled without any other notice without any refund. The Manager, by the Rules, shall be entitled to take all legal measures to make the above enforceable
A security deposit of 20,000 Baht shall be paid to the Villa Manager on receipt of the keys and will cover the cost of repairs, damages or breakages during the occupancy period by the guest. Subject to an inventory check by the Villa Manager the full amount will be returned when checking out or the deposit can be off set against any extra costs incurred during the stay i.e. extra guests, babysitting, food, wine etc.
It is a condition of the booking that the entire guest party is covered by comprehensive travel insurance (including cancellation, flight delays, loss and damage to baggage and other property) and health insurance (including evacuation and repatriation coverage). Villa is not responsible to anybody for any and all claims including any accidents related to the use of the Villa. Villa shall not be responsible for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by events outside Villa's control.
LIABILITY OF THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY
The Property Manager shall keep the Villa technically totally and permanently suitable for the residence of the number of persons stipulated in the Villa specification. Under no circumstances shall the Property Manager or Villa be responsible for any loss, expense, damage, claim or injury either directly or indirectly, consequential or otherwise whatsoever, caused or incurred, whether arising in contract or otherwise in law or equity as a result of rendering of the services or accommodations as described or substituted, or by reason of military action, revolution or acts of God, or by any agents, employees, subcontractors, servants or third parties whatsoever supplying any of the services or accommodations herein or as substituted. If any accommodations and/or services are substituted, The Property Manager will act at all times in good faith and use its best efforts to substitute with accommodations and/or services of a type comparable to or better than those originally contracted. Villa at their sole and unfettered discretion reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any person(s) and/or to rescind any contract for accommodations or guest services.
The Property Manager's duty is to make its best efforts to fix in the shortest time any technical problems which may arise during the booking period. The manager must be notified within 24 hours of the occurrence giving rise to the complaint. If the Villa is vacated by the guest due to above and before the end of the booking period the appropriate refund will be returned to the guests.
CONDUCT & BEHAVIOUR
If a booking is not made by the guest directly but by his agent of representative, such agent or representative shall be co- responsible for the correct and appropriate behaviour of the guests staying at the Villa. Should any member of the party not behave in such a manner, the Manager may at their absolute discretion ask the offending guest or guests to vacate the Villa forthwith.
STAFF AT THE VILLA
The villa comes with a daily maid cleaning service. Additional staff, such as cook, baby sitter and driver can be organised if requested in advance, and extra cost. Additional services are specified in The A-Z guide to the villa.
Villa is fitted with an individual safety box. Any valuables left at the Villa are left at one's own risk. Neither Villa nor the Management nor the staff is responsible for their loss or damage.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES
Guests should assume the Check-in time is after 15.00 pm, and checkout time is prior to 12.00 pm, unless otherwise agreed. Flexible arrangements may be taken where possible to accommodate flight arrival/departure times etc.
If a guest requests to cancel all or part of the booking he must notify the booking agent or the Villa Manager directly in writing (email acceptable).
The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received.
Cancellation charges will be payable depending on date of the notification of the cancellation and the period.
The following general regulations shall apply:
- More than 90 days (12 weeks) before arrival date: all deposit is refundable
- From 45 to 89 days (4 to 11 weeks): 20% of full price will be non-refundable.
- From 30 to 44 days: 50% of the full price becomes non refundable.
- From 29 days and less: 100% of the full price becomes non refundable.
The above cancellation charges also apply if Villa cancels the booking due to non-payment for whatsoever reason.
CHANGE OF BOOKING
Acceptance of any change is subject to approval by the Villa's owner.
DEPOSIT AND ADVANCE PAYMENT REFUND
Refund of monies paid for Villa booking (and services) will be made only under the following circumstances:
The villa becomes unfit for habitation and no equivalent replacement villa can be obtained (this qualifies for a 100% refund) from the Villa. The monies will be refunded back to the recipient's account in whatever currency the deposit was paid.
ALTERATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS BY VILLAS OWNER
Though it is unlikely that the Villa will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it may occasionally happen that, and for any reason beyond its control, Villa is unable to provide the guest with the Villa booking agreement and will be obliged to cancel the booking (example: Villa is damaged or rendered unusable due to fire, flooding or natural disaster). Villa will endeavour to make their best efforts to locate an alternative Villa for the period required but, should this not being possible, Villa will cancel the booking and refund the booking in full, (less any bank transfer charges). Villa shall not be liable for any further obligations or claims by the guest.
