The 400 sqm property seamlessly combines modern design with tropical aesthetics, centered around an impressive 14m saltwater infinity pool, a 70 sqm pool deck with loungers, and an outdoor dining area.

The villa accommodates up to 9 guests across 4 double bedrooms—a Ground Floor Master with direct pool access, two Second Floor bedrooms with private balconies, and a secluded Lower Level detached suite equipped with a sofa bed. Indoor spaces feature a 100 sqm open-plan living area with 6m high ceilings, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and indoor dining for 8 guests.

In-Villa Services & Terms: Rates include daily Continental breakfast, daily housekeeping, and a dedicated English-speaking Villa Manager (staff working hours 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM). A private Thai chef for lunch and dinner is available upon request at THB 3,000 per day (food cost on guest account + 20% provisioning fee, min THB 300). Complimentary 1 round-trip airport transfer is provided.
