FACILITIES INDOOR LIVING Villa Sand’s bright, spacious living areas offer a stylish setting to relax or entertain. The indoor living room with floor to ceiling windows can accommodate 10 people around the dining table whilst the sofa area is ideal for lounging back to watch the 65” smart TV. The villa has a NETFLIX account linked up and there is free WIFI throughout the entire house. OUTDOOR LIVING The focal point of the villa is the vast outside covered terrace which overlooks the lush garden and the ocean. A modern style dining table can seat 10 people, and means most meals will be enjoyed ‘al fresco’. A separate lounge area gives you the chance to sit back and relax whilst you watch the sun go down. The swimming pool is located on the terrace and is surrounded by sun loungers. BEDROOMS Two master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are located at the front of the house and with floor to ceiling windows it means a stunning view straight out to the ocean from the comfort of your bed. Two further bedrooms, both with en suite, are set back from the garden and equipped with king size beds and beautifully decorated with the images of the Scandinavian archipelagos. The kids’ room comes with twin beds with sliding beds underneath, which turn into 4 single beds allowing for a sleepover experience. This room is also equipped with a TV, where the kids can retreat to when the sun has gone down. All rooms have air-conditioning and ceiling fans. GARDEN The well maintained garden separates the house from the beach. Four Barringtonia Asiatica trees in the centre provide some welcome shade. There is space to set up a football pitch or badminton court for everyone to enjoy some afternoon activities, or head down to the beach before the sunset for a game of boule. There are also yoga mats available for those who love a sun salutation and meditation early in the morning. A boathouse located under the garden houses a kayak, windsurf board and boogie boards which are free to use for all guests. KITCHEN A Western kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The kitchen is fully equipped for our guests and a Tesco Lotus super market is located only a 5 minute drive from the villa. We recommend our guests enjoy the local delights from the nearby restaurants within a 5 minute walk from the villa, or take a stroll down the beach to ‘Baba Beach Club’ which serves a wide range of international cuisine from sushi to pizza. If you prefer to enjoy your meals in the comfort of the villa, we have all the restaurant menus available, simply order through our staff and the food will be delivered to your door. STAFF Our two friendly full-time staff are there to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our lovely maid will help with the daily cleaning, setting up and clearing the table before and after mealtimes, laundry and general housekeeping whilst the handyman is there to assist with gardening, pool maintenance and any general problems that may arise during your stay. Additionally, our villa manager will be here to get you settled and is only a phone call away during your stay. ADDITIONAL SERVICES - AT EXTRA COST Airport pick-up and drop-off upon request. Grocery shopping - order groceries and drinks to be delivered to the villa before your arrival. Chef services - have a professional chef come and cook local or western delights in the comfort of the villa. Taxi service with up to 9 seats per car - our friendly drivers will take you around the island in their comfortable cars and minibuses. FOR KIDS BABY/TODDLER NECESSITIES We have equipped the villa with a top of the range BabyBjorn travel cot, BabyBjorn bouncer, BabyBjorn baby carrier, two baby bath tubs, two baby feeding chairs, two toddler seats and bottle sterilizer. Tesco Lotus super market, located only a 5 minute drive from the villa, carries major baby brands for diapers and other baby necessities. You can also find a pharmacy just next door to the super market. Take a little walk with your kids to the little local minimart only 5 minutes walk from the villa for an afternoon ice cream treat! BOOKS AND TOYS There are plenty of books and toys for all ages. Plenty of pool floats and pool toys are available and there is also a scooter and baby push rides along with various balls and even football goals. TRAMPOLINE A 14 foot trampoline with safety netting can be setup in the garden upon request. BABYSITTER We can arrange baby sitting services with a reliable babysitter agency in Phuket at your own cost. HOSPITAL Phuket is renowned for its international hospitals should an unlikely event arise. Bangkok hospital, about an hour drive from the villa, is a leading healthcare provider with its exceptional pediatric care. There’s also a local hospital, Takua Thung hospital, which is open between 8.30am and 4.30pm daily.
