The solidly built 2 storey house is embed in a picturesque landscape surrounded by uncountable coconut trees and has a fabulous, unforgettable view across the whole Bay of Lamai. On clear days the view goes far up to the mainland. It only takes 2 minutes to reach the beach. There you can go swimming, snorkeling or walking on the sandy beach for more than 3 km. The facilities with all modern conveniences are a large terrace of about 55 square metres along 2 sides, a living room with an integrated pantry, 2 bedrooms (double and single beds) each with an individually controlled AC and finally 2 bathrooms. The place is ideal to relax and grants a real undisturbed privacy. The house holds not more than 4 persons. Further amenities are Cable TV, Satellite TV on request in one of the bedrooms, Radio, CD Player and Wifi Internet access (free of charge), sun chairs and a hammock. Grand View guests are welcome to use the nearby 'Lamai Bay View Resort' facilities such as the swimming pool and the private beach free of charge within 2 minutes walking distance.
