Set aside its own private beach (shared with other residents on the estate), this three bedroom villa on Koh Phangan Island will provide you with that ocean-facing location dreams are made of. With three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a lounge, dining room, kitchen, garden and private swimming pool, you have everything you need for the perfect holiday experience.
The villa is set over two floors and backs onto a private garden that leads directly to the beach. Just imagine relaxing within your private pool and gazing out towards the beach, ocean and the outlaying island’s in the distance – words are not enough to describe its beauty! The garden has a relaxation/massage sala, where you can just lay there and enjoys those sea-views.
The interior of the villa is very clean and welcoming. The living areas are nicely decorated, modern and comfortably furnished. With a fully equipped kitchen you can cook your own meals if you wish, although there are some restaurants within a 10-minute walk of the villa.
Koh Phangan is a veritable paradise, and what better way to enjoy the island’s environment than within your own private villa!
The villa has three bedrooms, sleeping six people in total. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, while the third has two single beds. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and ensuite bathrooms. The Master Bedroom has a balcony where you can also enjoy those sea-views. There are three bathrooms in the villa, all of which are ensuite, owning showers, wash basins and toiolets.
The dining room is a part of the lounge and comes equipped with a 4-seat wooden dining table. The kitchen is situated just at the top of the stairs on the second floor and is ideal for those wishing to have a bit of self-catering when on holiday. The choice of modern appliances is a freezer, refrigerator, gas stove, a toaster and a microwave. The kitchen is built to western standards.
The ocean-facing lounge is warm and friendly, equipped with a wicker three-piece settee and matching coffee table. The entertainment features include a flat-screen TV, DVD player, stereo and international channels. From the lounge, you can access a balcony where you can just sit there and look out over the ocean and the outlying islands.
