On this ground level, the other side of the large entrance hall are 2 double bedrooms, a large bathroom and the TV lounge.
Upstairs the spacious master suite with dressing area and ensuite bathroom has sliding doors leading to a large balcony that catch the first rays of the morning sun.
The upstairs living room is comfortably furnished and leads onto another large balcony � the perfect spot for relaxing with a book or listening to music.
A separate building houses the 4th double bedroom with ensuite shower room, a utility room with washing machine and covered parking area with walkway into the main house.
Due to the standard of furnishings and amenities, Oleander Villa is best suited for honeymooners or couples seeking a private holiday retreat.
