The home in the photos is roomy and comfortable, directly on the ocean. There is a large private swimming and 2 gazebos, so you can stay cool while enjoying a beverage and serene view across the ocean to Trat and Cambodia.
The house has a large balcony, 2 bedrooms, a 3rd loft bedroom (no air conditioning in that bedroom) and 3 bathrooms. With a large kitchen with pots and dishes. All linens are provided. Daily housekeeping if desired. Close to everything, incuding our private beach about 100 meters away. There is one restaurant within walking distance, and a small shop. We are located on the East Coast of Koh Chang, and White Sands Beach is 12 kiometers away.
There is air conditioning throughout, except in the loft bedroom.
This is a small private community of 10 homes, in a quiet residential area. There is a lot of room for kids to roam without worrying about traffic, as we are at the end of a private road.
