Villa Style C5 Villa Details Entry is through a vine covered trellis screen over a reflective water pond. The dramatic double front doors open to spacious living and dining areas overlooking the swimming pool and view of Kata bay. The windows and doors are full height and open to the swimming pool and outdoor courtyard, allowing the outdoors and interior to merge.An enclosed kitchen is located next to the more formal dining area, with an informal eating area between the kitchen and the pool deck. Important NoticeKatamanda Estate's current inventory of villas is totally fitted out, furnished and serviced. The Clubhouse, recreational facilities and estate services are all established. Consequently, everything is fully operational.However, some new villas are still under construction and it is currently projected that full completion of villas will not be before November 2006.
