Overview
This detached two-storey villa for rent is set in a gated village in Pattaya, just off the main road running parallel to Jomtien beach, has everything to make your dream holiday come true. Enter the villa through the remote controlled sliding gate, the double car parking, and a grand portico entrance with double glazed doors, into the large lounge area where tasteful decor in pastel shades lends a light airy feel to your accommodation.
Outside there is a 10-metre pool with Jacuzzi section on an expansive decked area with 4 sun loungers and an extra-large umbrella for when the tan has reached the desired level. A rain shower in a central area also offers further cooling.
An ornate garden table with benches and a roof, serves as a Sala for those outdoor meals in the tropics. Beautiful lawns with a mixture of Malaysian and regular grass set off the garden complete with palm trees of different heights and ages.
There is one large bedroom on the ground floor featuring matching white furniture to include the wardrobe, dressing table with oval mirror, king-size bed, 31" TV flat screen table and beside cabinet. A tropical garden terrace offers privacy around a cast decorative table and two chairs. Upstairs there are three further bedrooms: A master suite has its own large balcony overlooking the front. A guest room to the rear has views over a lake, and another has a balcony too.
Downstairs the house bathroom has a WC, shower and basin, and the bedroom has an 'outside-feel' ensuite with a shell curtain at the entrance, and a rain shower with pebble/wood slat floor, circular basin, and glazed ceiling. Upstairs the master ensuite has a large bath, a half glazed/half tiled shower, and two 80cm-wide vanitory basins set in a granite countertop, whilst the guest ensuites have single basins, and all have WCs and shower curtains.
The dining area off the lounge has a baronial feel, as the ceiling is two stories high. An oblong table seats eight, on upholstered dining chairs. Opening patio doors lead out to the pool from here and of course casual meals al fresco are a delight.
The modern kitchen has all the appliances to prepare those holiday meals in the same comfort as home. A built-in oven takes care of the roasting and baking, and there is a toaster, kettle, rice-cooker, coffee maker, and a freestanding microwave. An extra-high fridge/freezer is complemented by the stainless steel sink overlooking the garden. There is an automatic washing machine and a further 'utility' room with another sink, and a two-ring ceramic hob set in a worktop.
The large living room features sofa seating for at least eight people facing the 40" flat-screen TV with all the satellite channels and a DVD player. Light coloured tiles echo the pastel shades, which are a feature of the decoration, including Roman blinds and curtains. Two glass-topped oblong coffee tables continue the modern light theme. A state-of-the-art modern swinging fan has a mosquito repellent facility.
