5 bedroom suites the master suite offers its own balcony with views of the drive and lake, a wardrobe room, and ensuite with double basins. Another set of patio doors lead onto a much larger panoramic balcony (also accessed from the landing) with lounge seating, again with views of the lake, pool, and countryside. The spacious master bedroom suite directly overlooks the lake. There is also an outside Bedroom suite - completely private, and suitable for disabled or elderly guests.
Outside where you could park at least 5 cars there is a large, covered laundry area with washing machine and sink. The chalet ensuite double is poolside and again offers privacy.
All bathrooms have showers, basins and WCs in a modern style that you would expect from a superb villa. The master ensuite also benefits from a whirlpool corner jet stream bath, and double sinks.
The dining area off the main open plan living room is snug with its dark wood table and chairs for six. A ceiling fan and curtained window give this area an intimate feel.
The kitchen area is prefaced with a bar unit with two high barstools. There is a four-burner gas hob with extractor, a built-in oven, and freestanding microwave, kettle, fridge/freezer, and toaster. A double-draining sink complete a modern kitchen with all your holiday cooking needs.
On entering the villa, the lounge area to your right has views and multiple patio-door access to the terrace over looking lawns and the lake. Here you have all the satellite channels on a flat screen TV, and a DVD. This area is open-plan with the dining area, and kitchen, with a wide polished stone staircase leading to three of the bedrooms upstairs. The entire main villa is cooled by cassette type air conditioning.
