The residence is spread across three pavilions, designed in contemporary Thai style and each with pool and ocean views. The fourth pavilion houses the kitchen and staff quarters. The courtyard has a family room on either side. Each of these rooms has a flat plasma screen, DVD player and surround system, a library, game table and a mini bar. Sitting opposite to the family room is the extremely well equipped and large kitchen with a reverse osmosis water filtration tap for clean fresh drinking water at all times. There is a snooker room underneath the family room. Another attraction of Jia villa is the 25 meter split level black tiled infinity pool which overflows into a shallow pool. The pool has day beds and comfortable sun loungers. There is also an outdoor covered dining Sala seating 12 people. The main focus of Jia villa is the Great Room, which is a large open plan living/dining pavilion. Its glass doors maximize indoor and outdoor feeling and they open onto a large covered deck. This room is situated between two other pavilions with each hosting three double bedrooms. The terraces overlook an expansive lawn and coconut grove. Each bedroom includes a television with satellite channel service and DVD player. Wireless internet is also available throughout the villa.
