Ananda enjoys over 9,000 square meters of land with 90 metres beach frontage that gives a true sense of space and tranquility; comfortably accommodates up to 10 adults and 6 children.

Spread across over 9,000 square meters of land and fronting the 90 metres, pristine Natai beach, Ananda villa, which literally translates into bliss, truly lives up to its name in every sense of the word. The villa, which is part of the newly developed estate by the name of Jivana Villas, features a wide range of modern conveniences and facilities that you would only expect from a 5 star resort. From the residence, the guests can enjoy the sweeping views of the Andaman Sea. The layout is designed for comfort, taking advantage of the beachfront and the tropical gardens in a way that allows guests to enjoy the sun rays and the gentle tropical breezes. Ananda villa has three individual pavilions with each pavilion designed in contemporary Thai style. The fourth pavilion houses the kitchen, kid's residence and staff quarters. The family room, near the courtyard, features a flat screen LCD TV, DVD player, and surround system. Guests can also take advantage of the library and the game table if they wish to stay indoors. Adjacent to the kitchen there is a dedicated children's room with two double bunk beds and bathroom. The nanny's quarter is attached to the children's bedroom. Ananda villa also has a large and well equipped kitchen, which can cater for a dinner party or any other event. The glass doors maximise outdoor and indoor living. The area offers unobstructed views of the pool, garden and the ocean. The room is set between two other pavilions one of which features four double bedrooms while the other hosts the master-suite and office, both with garden baths. Ananda villa has 5 adult bedrooms and 2 children bedrooms (1 twin bed for 2 kids and 2 bunk bed for 4 kids). All bedrooms are ensuite and with an outdoor garden. The bedrooms are fitted with all modern facilities while wireless internet is also available in the main living areas and office within the villa. Outdoors, the villa features decadent pools, landscaped garden, day beds and sun loungers. At one end of the pool, there is a covered dining sala from where you can also enjoy the beautiful sunsets.
