About The Villa
This new modern style pool villa has 190 square metres of living area. Villa Baan “Bua” is a spacious yet cozy single level villa home ideally suited for couples, friends, families or empty nesters.
The villa is fully serviced/cleaned every day and full bedding and towel change takes place every third day.
The bedrooms are all ensuite.Two of the bedrooms have king size beds (an extra bed/cot can be placed in either). These two bedrooms also feature their own private outdoor gardens.
The living room is open, with a 50 inch flat screen “SMART” tv featuring over 300 international channels in 5 languages. Dvd player and dvds are provided. The villa is spacious, yet comfortable, overlooking the outdoor terrace and the salt water pool.
The kitchen is modern, fully equipped and includes your own espresso machine. The villa has a fridge freezer where you will find complimentary water, some local beers (chargeable) and of course well chilled glasses. There is a split level wine fridge with a selection of reasonably priced wines. Complimentary teas, ground and instant coffee and bottled water is available.
The location is an ideal hide-away as it is a very quiet area very close to three beautiful, yet quiet beaches and the local village of Thong Krut. Thong Krut has over several international restaurants and bars, as well as a few traditional Thai restaurants and cafes. The village runs most of Samui’s regular snorkelling and sea orientated excursions. It also has a choice local minimarts/grocers.
