Baan Oca Holiday rates include the following:
* Villa cleaning service and bed linen changes only, every 4/5 th day.
* Guest towels are provided at the start of the holiday and changed as above.
* Check In Time to suit the guests arrival times.
* Check Out time to suit the guests flight times.
* ADSL (Broadband) Wireless Internet (Laptop required)
* TV satellite service.
* All electric and water costs.
* Baby Cot and High chair.
* Wifi Internet (laptop required)
* Pool cleaning and gardening service.
Complimentary welcome pack on arrival
* coffee, tea, sugar and creamer sachets.
* A chilled bottle of drinking water is provided for each guest.
* One toilet roll per w.c.
Free use of the residents fitness gymnasium, 7 days a week for all guests over 16 years old.
ALL RATES ARE SUBJECT TO A 10 % SERVICE CHARGE.
Booking Criteria and Occupancy
Please note, that due to the peaceful atmosphere and tranquil setting of the development that this villa is situated within, bookings are only accepted from families and couples looking for a relaxing and quiet holiday within their own villa.
All Male/female party groups would not be appropriate.
The management make every effort to ensure that all guest's and home owners privacy is not invaded or disrupted.
