Baan Mali is a fully furnished family villa with its own private swimming pool, set in lush landscaped gardens. Established 4 years ago within this quiet gated residential in the village of Maenam. The villa provides sleeping space for up to 5 adults and 1 baby (cot with linen and high chair provided). Sleeping arrangements comprise 2 double bedrooms with Queen size beds and 1 single bedroom. The extensive fitted European kitchen with built-in appliances incl. dishwasher, fridge/freezer and gas hob and extractor hood with electric double width oven provides full self catering facilities. In addition to this there is a walk in utility room with automatic washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The master bedroom with soft laminate flooring and air conditioning has a walk in dressing room/wardrobe as well as an en - suite bathroom with corner bath and external, fully enclosed Bali shower. The 2 nd and 3 rd bedrooms are serviced by a separate shower room and w.c. ADSL (Broadband) Wireless Internet is provided free of charge and can be used throughout the villa as well as in the separate office/study with full air conditioning. The shaded pool terrace has ceiling fans for outdoor relaxing on the sun loungers or terrace dining table set. An outdoor W.C provides easy access from the swimming pool. A concreted parking bay is located to the front of the property providing space for 1 vehicle. Additional parking is available outside the on site gymnasium for additional cars.
