Baan Ma Prao Oon" Meaning Young coconuts, is a spacious 3 Bedroom fully furnished holiday villa with air-conditioning to all bedrooms and a private overflow swimming pool with shaded terraces and overhead ceiling fans. Free ADSL wireless internet is provided (personal wireless compatible laptop required) along with satellite T.V & DVD Player. The Master bedroom with a King Size double bed and dressing table has its own walk in wardrobe and dressing room with fitted security safe for small items, en suite bathroom with bath tub, twin sink units and a separate outdoor Balinese shower. A separate door leads onto the terraces and pool respectively. The 2 nd bedroom has a king size double bed with wardrobe and dressing table and the 3 rd Bedroom has 2 single beds with wardrobe and dressing table. A shared guest bathroom is situated off the inner hallway between these 2 bedrooms having a large walk in shower area, W.C and twin sinks. The extensive fitted kitchen has a large free standing frost free fridge/freezer, gas hob with extractor hood over, built in electric oven, free standing microwave oven, granite breakfast bar and a extensive range of kitchen items, crockery, cutlery, glassware providing all the necessary equipment for a self catering holiday break. The adjacent utility room has a Siemens front loading washing machine for personal laundry items as well as a Siemens Dishwasher with kitchen sink situated over for rinsing of plates etc. The villa gardens are fully landscaped with a large open lawn providing ideal play areas for young children or sunbathing on the villas sun loungers. A full complement of towels are provided for each house guest for the duration of the booking period. Fully insured Car hire is available with the provision of a baby seat if required. The villa is completely set up for self catering holidays providing Guests with a home from home environment with the added luxury of a hotel style house keeping service every 4 days including bed linen changes and fresh towels.
