Set in a group of four high-standard villas in a remote controlled gated cul-de-sac, this villa has all the amenities you would expect from high-class holiday accommodation in Jomtien, just 1.2km from the south-end of the beach. There is a further remote controlled gate into the driveway with ample parking for your rental vehicles. A separate pedestrian gate from the cul-de-sac leads into the garden and pool area where there is a sala with seating for 7 and a ceiling fan, which has steps either side leading down into the 9m X 7m pool, having graduated depth, and underwater lighting. Traditional style high Thai roofs lend an imposing air of grandeur to an amazing and affordable holiday retreat for families and groups alike. The villa has 5 bedrooms but can sleep 8 adults and 2 children. Downstairs there is a kid’s bedroom with bunk-bed/desk unit and matching wardrobe. Next to this is a large ‘parents’ bedroom with patio-door access directly onto the pool and has a large flat-screen TV with sound system. Up the wide wooden staircase with Balinese paintings and blinds, brings us to two large ensuite bedrooms with patio access to balconies overlooking the pool and garden. The poolside chalet has sliding patio doors, a wooden king size bed with portcullis headboard, matching bedside tables, a TV, and fridge/freezer for the swimmers drinks and midnight feasts. Gothic niches add character to this room. The bedrooms sleep 8 adults and 2 children. A house bathroom serves the family bedrooms downstairs in the main house, and has a glass-screened shower. One upstairs ensuite has a bathtub with feature pebble surround, as well as a glass screened shower, WC, and double basins. The other ensuite has the usual high standard facilities, and the chalet bathroom is large with a stonewalled shower area, WC and basin. The dining area is open-plan with the kitchen and features a Balinese table, four matching chairs, and matching freestanding lamp. A large air-conditioner ensures comfort both here and in the kitchen. The house bathroom is off this area. Alternative dining is offered by a high circular table in the adjacent kitchen, with four high stools with backs. The modern kitchen has dark fitted units and a built-in microwave with oven below, an American-style two-door fridge/freezer, a four burner gas hob with extractor above, a single draining sink set into a light coloured granite worktop. There is also a laundry room before the back door to the covered parking and driveway where there is plenty of room for four cars. The living room is separated from the kitchen/diner by a set of double wooden doors, and features an L-shaped leather sofa and pouffe, a coffee table, and a flat screen TV with home cinema sound system. An office area with executive desk, fax etc. is ideal for catching up on unfinished business. Tasteful artefacts and paintings including a black and white canvas of the Beatles lend a designer feel to the property.
