This villa sleeps 4 people and is located next to the estate’s communal swimming pool. Sit back on your outdoor terrace and take in the tropical surroundings. The main living space contains a lounge with a wicker sofa, TV with international channels and a DVD player. In this area you will also find a cozy kitchenette and a breakfast bar area that can adequately seat 4 people.<br />

There are 2 bedrooms in the villa that both come with air-con and wooden wardrobes, sleeping up to 4 people in total. The master bedroom comes equipped with a king-size double bed, and there are twin beds in the guest bedroom.<br />

The location of this villa is one of its most exciting features, a short walk to Chaweng Noi Beach and also to nearby bars, restaurants and shopping options. The main Chaweng area is also a short distance away and is known as the busiest and most desirable tourism area on the island with a fantastic array of international eateries and an exciting nightlife environment.<br />

Other services and features included in the rental price are daily maid services, fresh towels and bed linen, a safe and Wi-Fi internet. For a larger group of friends you can book a total of 5 2-bedroom villas and 4 1-bedroom apartments.</p>
What's included?
- Free internet access.
- Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice.
- Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity.
- Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day.
- Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day.
- If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out.
- Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time.
- Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.

- Refundable Security Deposit: Upon check-in, we require a refundable security deposit, payable in cash, in any currency.
- The amount of the refundable deposit is dependent upon the size of the property. These amounts below are general guidelines only and some villas may require a larger deposit. Please consult your booking form or submit an enquiry for the exact amount.
- Tariff:
- Properties up to and including 3 bedrooms = 5,000 Baht
- 4 & 5 bedroom properties = 10,000 Baht
- 6 bedroom properties and above = 15,000 Baht
- The deposit will be refunded in cash, in the currency given, in full, upon the departure of all guests in the party provided it is mutually agreed between the guest and the Management representative that no damage has been inflicted whatsoever on the property, its contents, the pool (if any) or any other aspect pertaining to the property, that ALL payments have been met and that ALL keys for the property and the personal safe, are returned to the Management representative.
