<p>Basking in a beachside resort at Koh Chang, this 1-bedroom sea-view villa is just meters from Bang Bao Beach and really is a special place to holiday. Utilizing sublime reclaimed and ancient teak wood for furniture and fixtures really does take it to the next level, especially with those stunning sea-views.<br />

The villa has a spacious terrace, which is a perfect place to relax and to absorb the jungle scenery and magnanimous sea-views. The interior of the villa offers an authentic slice of Asian flare, coming equipped with a king-size teak bed, a Balinese sofa/daybed that can double as a bed for kids, and a lounge area. The villa sleeps 2 adults and 2 kids under the ages of 11 on the daybed. There are lots of other similar villas in the resort if you are a larger group, some with and without the Balinese sofas.<br />

Take advantage of the entertainment features that include a flat-screen TV with lots of international channels, and a Sony 5.1 surround sound music system. The ensuite bathroom comes with a soothing rain shower, hot and cold water, and a wash basin and toilet. Included in the booking price are daily cleaning services and Wi-Fi internet.<br />

Located directly on the beach, this resort also comes with a vast choice of communal facilities such as 2 swimming pools, a quality restaurant and an elevated terrace area with a rock-walk. Just a 5-minute drive from the resort and you will find many international eateries and bars.

What's included?
- Free internet access.
- Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice.
- Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity.
- Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day.
- Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day.
- If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out.
- Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time.
- Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.

- Refundable Security Deposit: Upon check-in, we require a refundable security deposit, payable in cash, in any currency.
- The amount of the refundable deposit is dependent upon the size of the property. These amounts below are general guidelines only and some villas may require a larger deposit. Please consult your booking form or submit an enquiry for the exact amount.
- Tariff:
- Properties up to and including 3 bedrooms = 5,000 Baht
- 4 & 5 bedroom properties = 10,000 Baht
- 6 bedroom properties and above = 15,000 Baht
- The deposit will be refunded in cash, in the currency given, in full, upon the departure of all guests in the party provided it is mutually agreed between the guest and the Management representative that no damage has been inflicted whatsoever on the property, its contents, the pool (if any) or any other aspect pertaining to the property, that ALL payments have been met and that ALL keys for the property and the personal safe, are returned to the Management representative.
