<p>This 1-bedroom villa enjoys a stunning jungle location in a beachside resort at Bang Bao at the southernmost tip of Koh Chang. The villa sleeps 2 people, but can be merged with the adjoining villa next door to sleep not only 4 people in its entirety, but also 2 extra kids under 11 years old. With a beautiful atmosphere and stylish interior design, alongside lots of communal facilities, this really is a special place to holiday. <br />
<br />
The villa has beautiful ancient teak wooden floors, vaulted ceilings and furnishings that create an authentic Asian holiday experience. Sit on the outdoor terrace and absorb the jungle surroundings or the partial sea-views in the distance.<br />
<br />
There is a main bedroom area with a king-size teak bed that sleeps 2 people, a flat-screen TV and a Sony surround sound music system. In this area, you will also find an ensuite bathroom with a toilet, wash basin and rain shower. If you opt for the 2-bed option, there is a lounge area between the two villas, which is home to a Balinese daybed where the kids will sleep.<br />

For large group bookings, other similar villas are available in the resort.<br />

The resort is located directly on Bang Bao Beach and enjoys communal facilities such as a beachside swimming pool and relaxation areas, a jungle swimming pool, an onsite restaurant and an elevated jungle terrace and rock-walk. Other restaurants and bars are just a 5-minute drive away, making this a tranquil and convenient location.

What's included?
- Free internet access.
- Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice.
- Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity.
- Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day.
- Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day.
- If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out.
- Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time.
- Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.

- Refundable Security Deposit: Upon check-in, we require a refundable security deposit, payable in cash, in any currency.
- The amount of the refundable deposit is dependent upon the size of the property. These amounts below are general guidelines only and some villas may require a larger deposit. Please consult your booking form or submit an enquiry for the exact amount.
- Tariff:
- Properties up to and including 3 bedrooms = 5,000 Baht
- 4 & 5 bedroom properties = 10,000 Baht
- 6 bedroom properties and above = 15,000 Baht
- The deposit will be refunded in cash, in the currency given, in full, upon the departure of all guests in the party provided it is mutually agreed between the guest and the Management representative that no damage has been inflicted whatsoever on the property, its contents, the pool (if any) or any other aspect pertaining to the property, that ALL payments have been met and that ALL keys for the property and the personal safe, are returned to the Management representative.
