The focal point of the villa is the wide, dazzling white pool terrace arranged with stylish sun loungers and daybeds strategically placed to capture the cool breezes that blow from the sea. Here indoor and outdoor living and dining merge in a seamless sense of space and freedom.
In a nod to the villa’s architectural style, the Great Room looks like a film-set with its huge 60’s-style sunken sofa and wall-mounted flat-screen TV. A dining table can be set for up to 10 guests and a fully-fitted designer show-kitchen with breakfast bar is the place to start the day and for casual dining and socializing. At one end of the pool terrace a covered sala with built-in barbecue is the place for al fresco dining overlooking the view or one of the island’s famous blazing orange sunsets.
All bedrooms are spacious and feature a cool contemporary look with king or queen-size beds, flat-screen TVs, generous wardrobe space and personal safes. Some have freestanding bathtubs, and all have indoor outdoor rain showers.

Villa Zest is the perfect holiday retreat for families and groups of friends looking to spend quality time together away from it all. But if you do want to feel the sand between your toes, some of the island’s most beautiful and unspoiled beaches are just a 15 minute drive to the coast, likewise the nearby town of Nathon, and the main tourist centres of Bophut and Fisherman’s Village or Chaweng are a 30-45 minute drive away. However, the likelihood is that you will just want to stay put and delight in the peace and quiet of this idyllic private retreat, and a rare opportunity to relax and revitalize surrounded by the best that nature has to offer.

What's not included?
