This is the perfect holiday villa for a large family or a group of friends travelling together.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify">Set over 600sqm of tropical beauty, the villa is situated in a private development with jungle-laden mountains as the stunning backdrop. The villa enjoys six comfortable bedrooms with the optional choice of a 7th (maid's room). All the bedrooms are ensuite and are split over two levels and have four rooms with king size beds, one room with two single beds, and a kid's room with two bunk beds that can actually sleep 4 children. The 7th room (maid's room) has one single bed.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify">On the back garden, you will find a large private swimming pool, a lawn garden and a covered outdoor terrace that has lots of seating arrangements. If you would like to enjoy some evenings indoors, this is the villa for you with a games room and gym that has a pool table, darts board, running machine and a cross trainer. Also on the same level as the games room, you will find the second lounge area that has a 50 inch flat-screen TV, ideal for the kids when the adults are in the main lounge.<br />

The location is a great feature of this villa. Just 1.2km from the stunning Nai Harn Beach makes this a prime location on the sunset west coast of Phuket Island. Also just 1km from the villa, you will find Nai Harn Village where these is a nice choice of restaurants, both Thai and International, alongside a nice selection of bars and also mini-marts.</p>

What's included?
- Free internet access.
- Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice.
- Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity.
- Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day.
- Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day.
- If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out.
- Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time.
- Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.

- Refundable Security Deposit: Upon check-in, we require a refundable security deposit, payable in cash, in any currency.
- The amount of the refundable deposit is dependent upon the size of the property. These amounts below are general guidelines only and some villas may require a larger deposit. Please consult your booking form or submit an enquiry for the exact amount.
- Tariff:
- Properties up to and including 3 bedrooms = 5,000 Baht
- 4 & 5 bedroom properties = 10,000 Baht
- 6 bedroom properties and above = 15,000 Baht
- The deposit will be refunded in cash, in the currency given, in full, upon the departure of all guests in the party provided it is mutually agreed between the guest and the Management representative that no damage has been inflicted whatsoever on the property, its contents, the pool (if any) or any other aspect pertaining to the property, that ALL payments have been met and that ALL keys for the property and the personal safe, are returned to the Management representative.
