<p>For those who would like an island getaway with friends and family, places like Villa Werona offer a fantastic opportunity to unwind and share good times. This holiday rental offers majestic views from its 3 floors, and is set in an attractive area close to many of Koh Samui’s attractions. <br />
<br />
You will love spending time at the pool patio, next to a Sala bar, sun beds, and a swing set. There is an outdoor table for 6, a bathroom with separate shower and toilet, plus seating and a waterfall in the pool where you can cool off day and night. There is also an outdoor BBQ area so you can enjoy freshly grilled steaks and fish without leaving the premise.<br />

Villa Werona is also unique when it comes to lounges and common spaces. The game room features a big bar with a freezer, TV, pool table and darts, while the living room next to it has another TV with Cable channels. <br />
<br />
There are two kitchens at the villa, a large and a small one. The big kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation throughout your stay, and the second kitchen is placed between the first and second bedroom and features a stove, oven, fridge, and kettle.<br />
<br />
All four comfortable bedrooms are on the top floor; two bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub while other two bedrooms have an en suite bathroom with a tub each. <br />
<br />
The villa is 1.2 km away from the nearest beach, and about a 10-minute drive away from Maenam and Bophut.

What's included?
- Free internet access.
- Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice.
- Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity.
- Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day.
- Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day.
- If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out.
- Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time.
- Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.

- Refundable Security Deposit: Upon check-in, we require a refundable security deposit, payable in cash, in any currency.
- The amount of the refundable deposit is dependent upon the size of the property. These amounts below are general guidelines only and some villas may require a larger deposit. Please consult your booking form or submit an enquiry for the exact amount.
- Tariff:
- Properties up to and including 3 bedrooms = 5,000 Baht
- 4 & 5 bedroom properties = 10,000 Baht
- 6 bedroom properties and above = 15,000 Baht
- The deposit will be refunded in cash, in the currency given, in full, upon the departure of all guests in the party provided it is mutually agreed between the guest and the Management representative that no damage has been inflicted whatsoever on the property, its contents, the pool (if any) or any other aspect pertaining to the property, that ALL payments have been met and that ALL keys for the property and the personal safe, are returned to the Management representative.
