Description
<p>The villa has several levels and an interesting layout. The pool terrace provides a getaway into a natural environment where you can listen to the birds and enjoy the breeze and shaded corners. There are two sun loungers and other furniture pieces that you can use both outdoors and indoors, as well as a toilet with shower. Stepping inside from the pool area, you will find yourself in the airy living room that features a couch, TV with DVD player, and thick curtains. <br />

The two standalone bedrooms are placed on the upper levels of the villa. Both rooms are very well fitted, featuring king size beds, TVs, wardrobes, and tables with chairs. The master bedroom also has a separate dressing area plus a vanity table and a balcony. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, the master bathroom features a bath tub while the second bedroom comes with a shower.<br />

There is a fully equipped western kitchen that also features a dining area on the premise. <br />

The villa has an additional room with a table and chair which can be used as an office or meditation space. Additionally, the villa comes with a safe and a washing room in which you’ll find a machine and a clothes rack. <br />

The complex is located in south-west Samui, 850 meters from Chaweng Noi Beach. There are multiple 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom rentals available, and free Wi-Fi and daily cleaning are included. A café-restaurant is available on the premise.

What's included?
- Free internet access.
- Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice.
- Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity.
- Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day.
- Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day.
- If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out.
- Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time.
- Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.

- Refundable Security Deposit: Upon check-in, we require a refundable security deposit, payable in cash, in any currency.
- The amount of the refundable deposit is dependent upon the size of the property. These amounts below are general guidelines only and some villas may require a larger deposit. Please consult your booking form or submit an enquiry for the exact amount.
- Tariff:
- Properties up to and including 3 bedrooms = 5,000 Baht
- 4 & 5 bedroom properties = 10,000 Baht
- 6 bedroom properties and above = 15,000 Baht
- The deposit will be refunded in cash, in the currency given, in full, upon the departure of all guests in the party provided it is mutually agreed between the guest and the Management representative that no damage has been inflicted whatsoever on the property, its contents, the pool (if any) or any other aspect pertaining to the property, that ALL payments have been met and that ALL keys for the property and the personal safe, are returned to the Management representative.
