The interiors are stylishly furnished to European standards, giving you that special homely atmosphere with the luxurious creature comforts you desire when on holiday. The way the bedrooms are positioned directly next to the pool is perfect.</p>

The villa is listed with two bedrooms, one Master Suite and one Child's Room with double bed, but bathroom access through Master Suite. A third bedroom is available for an additional 1550THB/night. This is a self-contained suite with large bedroom, seating area, balcony, and small kitchen.<br />
<br />
Villa Ruedi is situated within an exclusive estate in Kata with 24-hour security. The community has some top notch facilities such as a fully equipped gymnasium, a café, floodlit tennis courts, air-conditioned lounge and meeting room and a palm-fringed communal swimming pool. Within a 10-minute walk, you will also find convenience stores aplenty.<br />

Location<br />
Kata has long been a favorite destination for Thailand vacations because of its beautiful beach and excellent choice of international restaurants and bars. Kata beach is also a great place for surfing, especially during the low-season months from May to November. You can hire surf boards directly on Kata Beach.<br />
<br />
The location of Villa Ruedi is perched above Kata Beach offering great elevated views overlooking the Andaman Ocean. Within a ten minute walk you can be at Kata Beach or numerous restaurants and convenience stores.<br />
<br />
Kata is situated on the west coast of Phuket, and within a 20-minute drive, you can visit other popular beachside destinations such as Karon, Patong, Rawai, Kata Noi and Nai Harn.<br />

Kata is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Phuket because of how it successfully merges a laidback mentality with beauty and also many things to see and do. In essence, Kata makes for a great family holiday in Thailand.</p>

What's included?
- Free internet access.
- Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice.
- Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity.
- Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day.
- Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day.
- If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out.
- Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time.
- Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.

- Refundable Security Deposit: Upon check-in, we require a refundable security deposit, payable in cash, in any currency.
- The amount of the refundable deposit is dependent upon the size of the property. These amounts below are general guidelines only and some villas may require a larger deposit. Please consult your booking form or submit an enquiry for the exact amount.
- Tariff:
- Properties up to and including 3 bedrooms = 5,000 Baht
- 4 & 5 bedroom properties = 10,000 Baht
- 6 bedroom properties and above = 15,000 Baht
- The deposit will be refunded in cash, in the currency given, in full, upon the departure of all guests in the party provided it is mutually agreed between the guest and the Management representative that no damage has been inflicted whatsoever on the property, its contents, the pool (if any) or any other aspect pertaining to the property, that ALL payments have been met and that ALL keys for the property and the personal safe, are returned to the Management representative.
