Here you will also find the dining area with large table that can seat 6 comfortably, and a modern well equipped western style kitchen. Open the sliding doors onto the patio where the large pool can be found. Alongside this are two more bedrooms, both with their own ensuite bathrooms. For alfresco dining, the garden also boasts its own dining sala, where you can enjoy a meal overlooking the sea.

- Tennis court rental is charged 200 THB per hour from 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and 300 THB per hour from 6:00 p.m.- 9:00 p.m. Tennis racket for rent at 100 THB per hour and 10 Tennis balls at 80 THB.
- Car rentals, initial stocking of food, plus additional maid services can be ordered in advance at a nominal additional cost. These services should be ordered at the time of booking and are provided through the local management agent.
- 15,000 THB Deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
