Description
Inspired by Balinese-architecture, Villa Levi is an oasis of peace and harmony. The design and decor reflects a deep respect for the natural environment. A truly unique property, the villa has a 16-metre swimming pool, four bedroom pavilions and ample private and communal area. Rising from the banks of a small river and shaded by a towering banyan tree, the peaceful villa presents a home away from home feel and a sublime back-to-nature setting. The surrounding rice fields add to the sense of space.
Villa Levi has four uniquely-styled, spacious air-conditioned, en-suite bedrooms, which are equipped with satellite TV/DVD players, mini bars, customised amenities and ample storage space. The master suite is slightly larger than the other rooms and is furnished with a king-size bed and large sofa. Overlooking the river, the bathroom has a luxurious covered garden bathroom which is fitted with double rain showers. A wooden path way flanked by fish ponds leads to the outdoor Jacuzzi. The second bedroom is fitted with a queen-size bed and has a walk-in dressing room overlooking the trees. The third bedroom has twin beds that can be converted to a king while the fourth bedroom is a river-front room with a queen-size bed.
Guests of villa Levi can also take advantage of the open-plan lounge and alfresco dining terraces. A fabulous gourmet kitchen provides all modern amenities and an à la carte menu. The dining wing consists of a massive table carved from a single tree trunk, fitted with eight plump-cushioned chairs. Outdoors, the main highlight is the expansive pool surrounded by a collection of oversize sun beds. Rusting tables, overlooking the river, form the perfect setting for alfresco meals. A roof top terrace provides the perfect venue for morning yoga or moments of quiet contemplation. Echo Beach, is just a short stroll from the villa. The property is also serviced by well-trained staff including chef.
