<p>With that perfect blend of additional services available on site and a great share of privacy, staying at this mini resort of 6 villas is a unique experience. Each one of the 6 semi-detached houses features 2 or 3 bedrooms so the setting is also welcoming towards families and larger groups of travelers.<br />

The 2-bedroom vacation rental sleeps 4 and features a mixture of western design and Asian details. All the spaces are bright, lean, and functional. There are two balconies where you can enjoy a refreshing beverage while taking in the lush island backdrop. You are bound to spend a lot of time by the community pool, lounging, swimming, and catching a sun tan.<br />

The bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms, king size beds, closets, blackout curtains, ceiling fans, and air conditioners. For added convenience there is an extra toilet, accessible from the living room.<br />

The villa has a spacious open plan lounge, kitchen, and dining room where the whole family can gather to enjoy dining and entertainment. There is a big flat-screen TV with dozens of Cable channels, plus a selection of DVD movies.<br />
<br />
Daily cleaning and free Wi-Fi internet are included in the rate. The villa is nestled on a hill in Bo Phut from which you can easily reach many different parts of Samui. Getting to Chaweng will take about 15 minutes by car while Maenam is 20 minutes away; the nearest beach and walking area are only 3.5 km away from the villa.

What's included?
- Free internet access.
- Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice.
- Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity.
- Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day.
- Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day.
- If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out.
- Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time.
- Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.

- Refundable Security Deposit: Upon check-in, we require a refundable security deposit, payable in cash, in any currency.
- The amount of the refundable deposit is dependent upon the size of the property. These amounts below are general guidelines only and some villas may require a larger deposit. Please consult your booking form or submit an enquiry for the exact amount.
- Tariff:
- Properties up to and including 3 bedrooms = 5,000 Baht
- 4 & 5 bedroom properties = 10,000 Baht
- 6 bedroom properties and above = 15,000 Baht
- The deposit will be refunded in cash, in the currency given, in full, upon the departure of all guests in the party provided it is mutually agreed between the guest and the Management representative that no damage has been inflicted whatsoever on the property, its contents, the pool (if any) or any other aspect pertaining to the property, that ALL payments have been met and that ALL keys for the property and the personal safe, are returned to the Management representative.
