<p>The villa is in a small private development of only 6 semi-detached units, making it a great rental option for groups of friends and extended families. A large free-form pool is the centerpiece of the tropical garden that envelops guests with its tranquil island vibe. Similar to a hotel setting, the complex has staff 24/7 and your every wish can be catered for, from meals and BBQ to hiring a car and visiting places (additional fees apply).<br />

The house has two floors: common areas are on the ground level while the two bedrooms are on the first floor. You will find contemporary high-quality fittings and lively details throughout. The kitchen, dining and living room are open plan so you don’t have to stop the fun as you go about cooking and dining. <br />
<br />
The kitchen has a set of appliances such as a toaster, kettle, one-ring hob and a refrigerator where you can prepare basic meals. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa set, large flat-screen TV, DVD/CD player, and a choice of movies.<br />
<br />
Both bedrooms are bright and modern, with double beds, wardrobes, and sleek en suite bathrooms. The villa has an additional guest toilet accessible from the living room as well.<br />

The complex is set in Bophut in a serene hillside location with sea-views. Bophut Beach and popular Fisherman’s Market are about 3.5 km or 10 minutes by car away from the property.

What's included?
- Free internet access.
- Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice.
- Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity.
- Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day.
- Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day.
- If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out.
- Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time.
- Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.

- Refundable Security Deposit: Upon check-in, we require a refundable security deposit, payable in cash, in any currency.
- The amount of the refundable deposit is dependent upon the size of the property. These amounts below are general guidelines only and some villas may require a larger deposit. Please consult your booking form or submit an enquiry for the exact amount.
- Tariff:
- Properties up to and including 3 bedrooms = 5,000 Baht
- 4 & 5 bedroom properties = 10,000 Baht
- 6 bedroom properties and above = 15,000 Baht
- The deposit will be refunded in cash, in the currency given, in full, upon the departure of all guests in the party provided it is mutually agreed between the guest and the Management representative that no damage has been inflicted whatsoever on the property, its contents, the pool (if any) or any other aspect pertaining to the property, that ALL payments have been met and that ALL keys for the property and the personal safe, are returned to the Management representative.
