What's not included?
- A one-time cleaning fee of THB 5'000 is charged to cover the cost of cleaning when guests depart. However guests remain fully resposible for cleaning up agter themselves, with no trashing of the plae and leaving dirty dishes; extra cost may occur otherwise.
- A damaged deposit of THB 10'000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. Guests will be reimbursed on check-out. The deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
- Private Taxi Transfer from and to Koh Samui Airport. Approximate cost : Car Price (1-4pax) THB 550 each way; SUV(4-6pax) THB 700 each way; Minivan(6-10pax) THB 800 each way
