Description
The 2 bedroom villa comes with its own patio and swimming pool where you can spend both days and evenings. There are loungers and coffee tables, as well as a roofed dining table and amazing lighting at night time. The villa’s open plan living space is just inside the glass doors, it is bright and welcoming with a couch set, flat screen TV, and even a bookshelf.
There is a fully furnished European kitchen with all utensils and appliances you might need, from toaster to microwave.
The villa has two lovely bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with 3 single beds. Both rooms have wardrobes and dress tables. The master bedroom also has an en suite bathroom while the second bathroom with a shower is accessible from the living room.
The villa’s design successfully merges nature with colourful and modern details. There is also a washing machine on the premise, and a private parking. Free internet and daily cleaning are included in the rate.
There are some great beaches around the property, like NaiHarn (2 km away), Ya Nui (2 km away) and Rawai (1 km away). The villa is within walking distance from an area busy with eateries, convenience stores, bars and cafés. Stunning Promthep Cape, famous for its picturesque sunsets, is 3 km away from the estate.
What's included?
- Free internet access.
- Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice.
- Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity.
- Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day.
- Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day.
- If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out.
- Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time.
- Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.

- Refundable Security Deposit: Upon check-in, we require a refundable security deposit, payable in cash, in any currency.
- The amount of the refundable deposit is dependent upon the size of the property. These amounts below are general guidelines only and some villas may require a larger deposit. Please consult your booking form or submit an enquiry for the exact amount.
- Tariff:
- Properties up to and including 3 bedrooms = 5,000 Baht
- 4 & 5 bedroom properties = 10,000 Baht
- 6 bedroom properties and above = 15,000 Baht
- The deposit will be refunded in cash, in the currency given, in full, upon the departure of all guests in the party provided it is mutually agreed between the guest and the Management representative that no damage has been inflicted whatsoever on the property, its contents, the pool (if any) or any other aspect pertaining to the property, that ALL payments have been met and that ALL keys for the property and the personal safe, are returned to the Management representative.
