The main building has an open plan fully equipped kitchen, guest bathroom, large dining area and comfortable living room. A large LED TV with Satellite connection provides entertainment, along with a Blu Ray player and quality music system. Outdoor speakers allow the entertainment to flow onto the pool area you can select from your IPOD, telephone or the radio. All bedrooms are sumptuously furnished, all air conditioned with en suite bathrooms, the master and one other enjoy the glorious sea views. All rooms lead to the generously proportioned terrace which surrounds the large pool with Jacuzzi. This villa is decorated and furnished to a very high standard which perfectly complements the luxurious setting. There is covered parking in the car port to the side of the villa. Rental cars , 4x4's and motorbikes can be provided ready for your arrival.

- Tennis court rental is charged 200 THB per hour from 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and 300 THB per hour from 6:00 p.m.- 9:00 p.m. Tennis racket for rent at 100 THB per hour and 10 Tennis balls at 80 THB.
- Car rentals, initial stocking of food, plus additional maid services can be ordered in advance at a nominal additional cost. These services should be ordered at the time of booking and are provided through the local management agent.
- 15,000 THB Deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
