<p>Nestled inside a serene residential area and right across from one of the holes on the golf course, the villa provides a true island escape while being close to attractions. The site is especially beautiful at night time due to the lights on the golf course, and you will be able to fully enjoy al fresco dinners on your patio.<br />

This cozy rental has 3 floors and it can accommodate 4 people in 2 bedrooms. <br />
<br />
An open air living room with dining and kitchen occupies the ground floor and extends to the garden. The garden is home to a swimming pool, outdoor dining table for 4, and two sun beds. The lounge features an entertainment area with a Cable TV and a surround system.<br />
<br />
Each bedroom spreads over a single floor and comes with an en suite bathroom. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and completely fitted for quality rest. Additionally, the master bedroom offers access to two private balconies, one of them with sun loungers. <br />
<br />
The kitchen at the villa is modern and fully equipped for self-catering, including a stove with extractor, rice cooker, oven, microwave, waffle maker, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle.<br />
<br />
Complimentary Wi-Fi and daily cleaning are included in the price. The villa is located in central Phuket between two sought-after towns, Patong and Phuket Town. Loch Palm Golf Club is right next to the villa, and Phuket Floating Market is within walking distance.

What's included?
- Free internet access.
- Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice.
- Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity.
- Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day.
- Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day.
- If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out.
- Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time.
- Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.

- Refundable Security Deposit: Upon check-in, we require a refundable security deposit, payable in cash, in any currency.
- The amount of the refundable deposit is dependent upon the size of the property. These amounts below are general guidelines only and some villas may require a larger deposit. Please consult your booking form or submit an enquiry for the exact amount.
- Tariff:
- Properties up to and including 3 bedrooms = 5,000 Baht
- 4 & 5 bedroom properties = 10,000 Baht
- 6 bedroom properties and above = 15,000 Baht
- The deposit will be refunded in cash, in the currency given, in full, upon the departure of all guests in the party provided it is mutually agreed between the guest and the Management representative that no damage has been inflicted whatsoever on the property, its contents, the pool (if any) or any other aspect pertaining to the property, that ALL payments have been met and that ALL keys for the property and the personal safe, are returned to the Management representative.
