Description
This spacious new villa of 240 m2 on 2 levels opens to the outside with a terrace overlooking the lush vegetation of Koh Samui and its famous banana trees . In this space are served lunch or dinner on a large solid wooden table .
The living room, with air conditioning and ceiling fans, paved with terracotta tiles from Spain is equipped with a sofa and a confortable chair, a large LED TV screen connected to the internet with a wireless keyboard, easy access to the web, Youtube, Facebook etc ... A sound system integrated with the ceiling connects an iPod holder, CD, DVD making its use very handy.
Its tropical-style decoration includes many paintings and photos by Thai artists.
The adjacent fully fitted kitchen with a monumental (nearly a ton) table in solid wood and a large american fridge -freezer. Outside under a veranda, is a grill and barbecue space.
Next to the living room, two bedrooms with air conditioners and fans including a double bed and a canopy bed as well as a wardrobe are decorated with a light tan color marquetry floor and wall paintings and photos with coordinated colors.
Each room has a LED TV and an Ipod- DVD - CD holder.
Both en-suite bathrooms have pebble covered ground. Mosaic walls and large mirrors give the final touch and toilet, sink, shower and storage are more than functional.
The ground floor features a large game room, little Macao kind, lighted by a masterful chandelier and its annexes. The floor is paved with terracotta from Spain. Open to the outside you will relax in the lounge, have a drink with friends, playing, with or without children, table football, Xbox 360 and its large LED screen and other games.
The bedroom with a bay window can oversee the playroom. Furnished with a double bed, a small living room with LED screen and Ipod holder, DVD, CD, it offers equal comfort to other rooms of the house , including a spacious bathroom decorated in the same way as the bathrooms on the upper levelFree pick-up by car the day of your arrival (from Samui airport) as well as the day of your departure from the Estate.
