Take some time to appreciate the paradise surrounding your holiday home before heading to the private infinity pool for a morning swim. The pool deck has three different lounging areas, each with a unique design, and a BBQ grill is installed adjacent to the 14-person outdoor dining table.</p>

Strolling through the glass doors of the pool balcony, the ground floor is the main living area and also the location of the kitchen. The lower-level/basement is one of the most complete recreation rooms you're likely to see in a vacation home. Activities such as billiards (2 tables), ping-pong, darts, gym equipment, and a screening room ensure that the fun and excitement never stops. The 8 main bedrooms are split among the three levels, and an office with a 2 person desk, filing cabinets, and WiFi is on the uppermost floor. 18 people can take advantage of the amenities featured at Diamond View, and the entirety of your group is likely to have the most incredible holiday of their lives.</p>

Constructed on a hillside about 1km from Rawai Beach, guests of View Peche Villa will enjoy a secluded atmosphere without missing out on the upbeat scene of Rawai. Exciting nightlife, shopping, and dining hotspots are a short walk or drive from your villa. When you've exhausted all your energy for the day, the return trip home is easy. </p>

What's included?
- Free internet access.
- Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice.
- Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity.
- Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day.
- Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day.
- If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out.
- Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time.
- Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.

- Refundable Security Deposit: Upon check-in, we require a refundable security deposit, payable in cash, in any currency.
- The amount of the refundable deposit is dependent upon the size of the property. These amounts below are general guidelines only and some villas may require a larger deposit. Please consult your booking form or submit an enquiry for the exact amount.
- Tariff:
- Properties up to and including 3 bedrooms = 5,000 Baht
- 4 & 5 bedroom properties = 10,000 Baht
- 6 bedroom properties and above = 15,000 Baht
- The deposit will be refunded in cash, in the currency given, in full, upon the departure of all guests in the party provided it is mutually agreed between the guest and the Management representative that no damage has been inflicted whatsoever on the property, its contents, the pool (if any) or any other aspect pertaining to the property, that ALL payments have been met and that ALL keys for the property and the personal safe, are returned to the Management representative.
