You can enjoy the outdoors with comfort and ease, and when the Phuket sun gets too much, the cool waters of your private pool make an excellent escape.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify">Open plan living is one of the best features of Tub Tim Villa with living, dining and kitchen areas flowing effortlessly from one to the other. The living room boasts an impressive leather sofa, large enough to comfortably sit all your guests and with a 47” TV/DVD you can relax and enjoy some down time, with various channels also available for your entertainment.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify">The wooden feature dining table seats 8 and is perfectly positioned near the striking kitchen, making meal times and entertaining a breeze. The fully equipped western kitchen complete with a breakfast bar for casual meals, any budding cook will enjoy making use of all the modern conveniences this kitchen offers.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify">The master bedroom with its king size bed offers direct access to the pool deck, so you can wake up in the morning and take a cooling dip to start your day. The opposite wing of the villa houses two further bedrooms and a bathroom to share, sleeping up to seven people comfortably makes this a great holiday retreat for large groups or families.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">Naiharn is one of the island's most stunning and less-populated beaches, except it is popular with in-the-know locals, as they appreciate the beauty of this much kept secret! With tropical jungle covered mountains on each side of the crystal blue waters, you can dine and drink on the beach, laze on a sunlounger or get a massage to really relax and take in everything that is wonderful about Thailand.</p>

What's included?
- Free internet access.
- Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice.
- Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity.
- Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day.
- Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day.
- If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out.
- Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time.
- Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.

- Refundable Security Deposit: Upon check-in, we require a refundable security deposit, payable in cash, in any currency.
- The amount of the refundable deposit is dependent upon the size of the property. These amounts below are general guidelines only and some villas may require a larger deposit. Please consult your booking form or submit an enquiry for the exact amount.
- Tariff:
- Properties up to and including 3 bedrooms = 5,000 Baht
- 4 & 5 bedroom properties = 10,000 Baht
- 6 bedroom properties and above = 15,000 Baht
- The deposit will be refunded in cash, in the currency given, in full, upon the departure of all guests in the party provided it is mutually agreed between the guest and the Management representative that no damage has been inflicted whatsoever on the property, its contents, the pool (if any) or any other aspect pertaining to the property, that ALL payments have been met and that ALL keys for the property and the personal safe, are returned to the Management representative.
