The estate consists of 2 two-story buildings:
1) A main villa with sea view: On the ground floor an open living room, a dining room with eat-in-kitchen and a storage. On the first floor a large bedroom (35m2) with a walk-in-closet and a spacious, half-open bathroom as well as a big terrace /sundeck with a stunning view.
2) A guest-house with garden view: On the ground floor an air-conditioned room with an extendable bed as well as a daybed and a bathroom/toilet with shower. On the first floor a spacious bedroom (32m2) with a small terrace.
The estate is ideal for 2-6 persons. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. The large table offers seats up to 8 persons. Air-condition is in 1 room only; in the other rooms is natural air circulation; moveable fans are available.
