Summitra Panorama is a 3 storey, 5 en-suite bedroom holiday villa that truly lives up to its name. Nestled into a hillside close to Choeng Mon beach it offers you sublime comfort and views that will constantly delight. You access the villa via a gated driveway and enter courtesy of the top floor which is home to 4 of the 5 en-suite bedrooms. Two are spacious master suites along with two guest bedrooms, all four bedrooms have floor to ceiling glass doors for ease of access to the surrounding terrace. A sweeping staircase takes you to the living area consisting of your kitchen, dining and lounge areas as well as an AV room for relaxed viewing of international TV channels and movies.
Whilst your indoor areas are beautifully furnished and welcoming the majority of your time will be spent outdoors around the wonderful freeform infinity swimming pool, tropical garden and large terrace area. You also have a covered area behind the swimming pool when shaded relaxation is the order of your day. The 5th spacious en-suite bedroom is also located in this area and offers direct access to the swimming pool. The exceptional design of Summitra Panorama means there are some excellent places for socializing, but plenty of space for personal time with just your thoughts and stunning views as company.
Tennis and a beautiful beach within walking distance
The private and exclusive estate on which you will be staying offers a tennis court for those wishing to practice their strokes. Rackets and tennis balls are available at the estate office for a small fee. For those who wish to practice a different kind of stroke the villa is a short walk from the beautiful Choeng Mon beach. Here you can walk along the seashore at your leisure and take a dip in the inviting ocean whenever it pleases. This beach is one of Samui's gems and yet you will always find a piece of it just for yourself.
You are only 10 minutes drive from Bophut's traditional fishing village with its restaurants, bars and laid-back atmosphere. It hosts a weekly Friday night street market which is the perfect place to stroll and choose a gift or two while any member of your party looking for nightlife can reach Chaweng in just 15 minutes. This is the Islands busiest resort with restaurants, bars and nightlife galore.
What's included?

- Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice.
- Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity.
- Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day.
- Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day.
- If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out.
- Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time.
- Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.

- Refundable Security Deposit: Upon check-in, we require a refundable security deposit, payable in cash, in any currency.
- The amount of the refundable deposit is dependent upon the size of the property. These amounts below are general guidelines only and some villas may require a larger deposit. Please consult your booking form or submit an enquiry for the exact amount.
- Tariff:
- Properties up to and including 3 bedrooms = 5,000 Baht
- 4 & 5 bedroom properties = 10,000 Baht
- 6 bedroom properties and above = 15,000 Baht
- The deposit will be refunded in cash, in the currency given, in full, upon the departure of all guests in the party provided it is mutually agreed between the guest and the Management representative that no damage has been inflicted whatsoever on the property, its contents, the pool (if any) or any other aspect pertaining to the property, that ALL payments have been met and that ALL keys for the property and the personal safe, are returned to the Management representative.
