Description
Villa 7 is a fabulous, contemporary tropical villa with understated design, set within the beautifully landscaped grounds of the Samujana estate. The residence exemplifies an intelligent use of space and maximizes indoor-outdoor living, with open-sided rooms and slide-away glass walls. At the centre of the property is a beautiful water feature which leads to the large, slate-tiled swimming pool. The pool is flanked by a wooden deck and is furnished with sun-loungers, and has a long infinity edge that blends into the sea view. The bench at the end of the pool is the perfect place for taking in the views.
The spacious, open plan living area of Samujana Villa 7 is an open-sided pavilion located off the pool deck and is ideal for casual lounging and al-fresco dining. The area is shaded and cooled by ceiling fans and sea breezes, and is fitted with comfortable sofas, a dining set seating 12, and a fully-equipped kitchen. There is a TV den behind the living area which has a large plasma satellite TV/DVD home theatre system. Behind the TV den there is a balcony with a pool table. A stairway from the living area leads to a rooftop deck and reflection pool overlooking the pool, roof gardens, and sea views.
Villa 7 has four spacious double bedrooms which feature large en-suite bathrooms, with tubs and walk-in showers. All of the bedrooms are equipped with built-in wardrobes, air-conditioning, and ceiling fans, and have sliding glass doors on two sides. Behind the living area is a study with a large desk, and adjacent guest bathroom with shower. Broadband WiFi satellite internet service is provided free of charge. This villa also has a live-in maid with separate quarters, and a BBQ area on the pool deck. Located within close proximity to the excellent beaches, lively shopping areas and night spots, Samujana Villa 7 is an idyllic hideaway for a tropical holiday in absolute luxury and comfort.
