Villa 3 is equipped with all modern amenities including designer kitchen, open-plan indoor/outdoor living areas and infinity pool. The house has an open plan kitchen which is fitted with modern amenities and overlooks an infinity pool. The AV room contains a plasma screen television and a surround sound system. Guests can also take advantage of shared facilities such as the estate's tennis courts or a sail on the estate's catamaran.
