Description
Villa 11B is a three bedroom villa which is perfect for families, group of friends or couples holidaying together. All the three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms complete with bathtubs and showers. The residence exemplifies an intelligent use of space and maximizes indoor-outdoor living, with open-sided rooms and slide-away glass walls. All of the bedrooms are equipped with built-in wardrobes, air-conditioning, and ceiling fans, and have glass sliding doors.
Two of the bedrooms are equipped with three large double beds and have large windows from floor to ceiling that allow you to enjoy the panoramic views of the island. The third bedroom is slightly smaller and is located on the lower level. It is also equipped with a double bed and has its own bathroom. Each bedroom has safes and cupboards. Villa 11 B has a fully equipped kitchen and a bar, which can be used as a table when cooking food. The residence also has a living and dining room that can seat eight people.
The residential area of Villa 11 B is actually part of the terrace which fronts an infinity swimming pool. The floor on the terrace is made of wood, so it is not heated by the sun. The villa also has a separate entertainment room fitted with home theater, a large LCD screen and surround sound system. There is also parking facilities for two cars. A live in maid is there to service the guests at all times while there is a gardener who takes care of the garden. Guests can also take advantage of the shared facilities of the complex including tennis courts and a private catamaran and two other boats that can be used to engage in a variety of water sports and for sailing out at sunset.
