Samui Sunset provides the perfect setting for a magical tropical holiday. With the upmarket Choeng Mon beach only a leisurely 3 minute walk away, guests can look forward to long & lazy days on the sand drinking cocktails and receiving massages while listening to the sounds of the waves rolling in.
The villa is furnished with quality fittings and soft furnishings, and provides everything you need for a truly relaxing holiday. The L shaped villa has 2 entrances one at the side and the other one at the front via the carport. An entrance door leads through to the fully equipped kitchen which includes an oven, hob, fridge freezer and everything you need to self cater during your stay.
The spacious living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa suite and coffee table, and for your entertainment there is a wall hung plasma TV with satellite channels. A teak and glass circular dining table with seating for 4 persons is situated at one end of the living area. Sliding patio doors the whole length of this living area open out to the pool deck which is furnished with large cream rattan sun loungers.
Both bedrooms have king size beds and are air conditioned. The first bedroom is situated to one side of the living area and benefits from a garden view. The family bathroom with shower is adjacent. The Master Bedroom occupies the other wing of the villa. It has patio doors opening up;to the pool deck. This room has an en-suite bathroom with bath and twin basins and a feature fold back hatchway through to the bedroom.
Outside, the swimming pool area offers total privacy. There is a shady sala which is furnished with a matching cream rattan patio table and 4 chairs - a peaceful spot to enjoy al-fresco dining on the poolside.
Maid service and linen change is provided every 3 days. Arrangements can be made for other services such as babysitting, car rental and tours on your arrival.
Monthly rentals are negotiable.
