This fantastic modern development has 9x 1-bedroom villas, beautifully designed, all set around its own 30-meter long swimming pool in the heart of Jomtien, just off Thappraya Road. This gated development is located near to the foot of Pratumnak Hill, just a 2-minute drive from Walking Street and Jomtien beach, in the most central holiday location of them all. Of course you can rent any amount of villas, from 1 to 9.
You can rent this entire resort, which is great if you are a large group of friends, a golf or wedding party. The resort has 9x stand-alone 1-bedroom villas that sleep up to 18 people in total across the villas. Each villa sits around the communal pool with an adjoining kid’s pool with Jacuzzi jets.
The resort also has a clubhouse where you will find a second communal swimming pool and also lots of space to dine together in the evenings.

Jomtien, Near Walking Street
The location of this resort makes it very easy for your party to conveniently visit Jomtien beach, which is just a 2-minute drive away, as is Walking Street. The development basks in a very private location, just off Thappraya Road, within walking distance to lots of bars and the international restaurants that make Jomtien such a great place to holiday.
What's included?
- Free internet access.
- Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice.
- Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity.
- Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day.
- Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day.
- If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out.
- Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time.
- Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.

- Refundable Security Deposit: Upon check-in, we require a refundable security deposit, payable in cash, in any currency.
- The amount of the refundable deposit is dependent upon the size of the property. These amounts below are general guidelines only and some villas may require a larger deposit. Please consult your booking form or submit an enquiry for the exact amount.
- Tariff:
- Properties up to and including 3 bedrooms = 5,000 Baht
- 4 & 5 bedroom properties = 10,000 Baht
- 6 bedroom properties and above = 15,000 Baht
- The deposit will be refunded in cash, in the currency given, in full, upon the departure of all guests in the party provided it is mutually agreed between the guest and the Management representative that no damage has been inflicted whatsoever on the property, its contents, the pool (if any) or any other aspect pertaining to the property, that ALL payments have been met and that ALL keys for the property and the personal safe, are returned to the Management representative.
