Located just a 5-minute drive from Nathon Town, on the north-west coast of Samui at Ban Makham, this villa is a tranquil and private property with a Thai contemporary design.<br />

The villa has nice tropical gardens, home to a private swimming pool, a terrace, sunbeds, a table and chairs and also a BBQ unit, all with direct access to the main living area.<br />

Relax in the lounge with its comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV with international channels, and DVD player, or you could take advantage of the separate entertainment room, which also has a large flat-screen TV. Enjoy lunch in the main dining area or out at poolside on the outdoor terrace. The Western style kitchen comes with a vast choice of modern appliances, for the ultimate self-catering experience. <br />

The 3-bedrooms all come with double beds, wardrobes, ceiling fans and air-conditioning, although 2 of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.<br />
<br />
The location at Ban Makham ensures you are within walking distance to restaurants and bars on the seafront, local shops, massage establishments and spas. With Nathon Town just a 5-minute drive, you have the best of both worlds, merging privacy and convenience.</p>

What's included?
- Free internet access.
- Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice.
- Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity.
- Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day.
- Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day.
- If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out.
- Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time.
- Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.

- Refundable Security Deposit: Upon check-in, we require a refundable security deposit, payable in cash, in any currency.
- The amount of the refundable deposit is dependent upon the size of the property. These amounts below are general guidelines only and some villas may require a larger deposit. Please consult your booking form or submit an enquiry for the exact amount.
- Tariff:
- Properties up to and including 3 bedrooms = 5,000 Baht
- 4 & 5 bedroom properties = 10,000 Baht
- 6 bedroom properties and above = 15,000 Baht
- The deposit will be refunded in cash, in the currency given, in full, upon the departure of all guests in the party provided it is mutually agreed between the guest and the Management representative that no damage has been inflicted whatsoever on the property, its contents, the pool (if any) or any other aspect pertaining to the property, that ALL payments have been met and that ALL keys for the property and the personal safe, are returned to the Management representative.
