What's not included?
- Linen and towels are included in all Villas. If you require changes there will be extra charges. Laundry facilities at the management office will be charged on a per item basis.
- The cost of electricity, cleaning, local taxes, and so on are not included in the rental rates, unless otherwise specified.
- The guest agrees to pay before departure 5 baht per Klw for electricity; the electric meter will be read on the Check-in and Check-out times.
- On your arrival the villa will have been cleaned and supplied with a fresh set of laundry, the guest agrees to pay before departure a final cleaning charge and a laundry charge, charged on a per item basis (cost depending on the type of villa).
- Transfers to and from Bangkok Airport are THB 3800 each way.
