There are also covered terraces on both the ground and first floors, providing the perfect setting for outdoor dining or a few drinks with friends.<br />

Location<br />
Located on the highly in-demand west coast of Phuket, the villa lies just 0.5km away from Lavan/Bang Tao Beach, both of which are within walking distance. The villa is situated in a peaceful spot, allowing holiday makers a chance to relax and unwind, away from any noise or distractions. However, restaurants, bars and general amenities are just a 5-minute drive away, as is the Laguna Phuket Golf Club which can perfectly cater to any golf fan's wishes.<br />
<br />
Slightly further out (a 15 minute drive) is the exclusive Surin Beach and the more tranquil Kamala Beach. There is also the Phuket Fantasea, an exciting theme park that is sure to entertain members of the family of all ages. Patong Beach lies 20 minutes away by car and is the island's hottest party destination, so if you are looking for all-night partying then this is definitely for you.</p>

What's included?
- Free internet access.
- Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice.
- Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity.
- Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day.
- Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day.
- If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out.
- Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time.
- Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.

- Refundable Security Deposit: Upon check-in, we require a refundable security deposit, payable in cash, in any currency.
- The amount of the refundable deposit is dependent upon the size of the property. These amounts below are general guidelines only and some villas may require a larger deposit. Please consult your booking form or submit an enquiry for the exact amount.
- Tariff:
- Properties up to and including 3 bedrooms = 5,000 Baht
- 4 & 5 bedroom properties = 10,000 Baht
- 6 bedroom properties and above = 15,000 Baht
- The deposit will be refunded in cash, in the currency given, in full, upon the departure of all guests in the party provided it is mutually agreed between the guest and the Management representative that no damage has been inflicted whatsoever on the property, its contents, the pool (if any) or any other aspect pertaining to the property, that ALL payments have been met and that ALL keys for the property and the personal safe, are returned to the Management representative.
