<p><p style="text-align:justify">An oblong infinity edge swimming pool of villa proportions is the central feature of this four-bedroom property on the East coast of Koh Chang, facing the sea of the Gulf of Thailand. Large terraced areas with plenty of sun loungers flank the pool and lead to your accommodation on three sides. There are the elegant bedrooms, a large Western-style fitted kitchen, and sumptuous living areas to provide that unforgettable holiday of a lifetime. A portico at the head of the pool gives shade and an alternative dining area to the more formal indoor dining room.<br />

Location<br />
This is a get-away-from-it-all location on the East coast of Koh Chang and far from the madding crowd. Tropical scenery complete with palm trees, and large lawns leading down to the sea set the scene of tranquillity. There are of course plenty of activities on Koh Chang to include elephant trekking, impressive waterfalls, and sea trips to neighbouring islands with unforgettable snorkelling above coral and tropical fish. Closer to hand there are restaurants and convenience stores, but most of all some of the world’s finest natural beauty.</p>

What's included?
- Free internet access.
- Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice.
- Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity.
- Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day.
- Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day.
- If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out.
- Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time.
- Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.

- Refundable Security Deposit: Upon check-in, we require a refundable security deposit, payable in cash, in any currency.
- The amount of the refundable deposit is dependent upon the size of the property. These amounts below are general guidelines only and some villas may require a larger deposit. Please consult your booking form or submit an enquiry for the exact amount.
- Tariff:
- Properties up to and including 3 bedrooms = 5,000 Baht
- 4 & 5 bedroom properties = 10,000 Baht
- 6 bedroom properties and above = 15,000 Baht
- The deposit will be refunded in cash, in the currency given, in full, upon the departure of all guests in the party provided it is mutually agreed between the guest and the Management representative that no damage has been inflicted whatsoever on the property, its contents, the pool (if any) or any other aspect pertaining to the property, that ALL payments have been met and that ALL keys for the property and the personal safe, are returned to the Management representative.
