Description
Shanti villa is located on the secluded Natai beach and overlooks the Andaman Sea. Spread across 6,400 square meters of land with over 60 metres beach frontage, the property gives a true sense of space and tranquillity. The villa has three individual pavilions, each with a pool and stunning ocean views, and another fourth pavilion, which hosts the kitchen and staff quarters. On either side of the entrance gate, there is a family room with a flat plasma screen, DVD player and surround system, a library and an extremely well equipped and large kitchen.
The main highlight of Shanti villa is the 'Great Room' or the large open plan living/dining pavilion with sliding glass doors to maximise the indoor / outdoor feeling. The room opens onto a large covered deck and offers views of the lap pool, uncluttered garden and ocean. The Great Room is located between two other pavilions, each of which hosts three double bedrooms. The terraces of these bedrooms overlook expansive lawn and coconut grove. Two of these bedrooms have outside black granite bathtubs.
Shanti villa has split level black tiled infinity pool which overflows into a shallow pool ideal for children. The pool is the main appeal of the garden and has day beds and comfortable sun loungers. At the end of the pool, there is an outdoor covered dining sala which can seat 12 people. The sala is a great place to enjoy the sunset. It can also be used for massage, yoga, sundowners or an afternoon siesta. The property is within walking distance of the Natai beach and within convenient distance of attractions of Phang Nga and Phuket.
