Set within its own private grounds in the countryside-laden part of Huay Yai, basking amongst the tranquility that only a handful of villas can produce, this 7-bedroom palace is a sight for sore eyes. Imagine flying halfway across the world to be greeted by large and perfectly manicured lawns ideal for kids, and a large private swimming pool with adjoining Jacuzzi, all set within a stunning tropical environment that will help you brush away the stresses of modern life.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">With a U-shape layout, The White House Huay Yai is set over two floors that surround the swimming pool and terrace area where you will also find your very own personal bar and seating enough for 20 people in and around the pool.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">With the main open living space on the ground floor next to the pool, alongside 5 bedrooms and two kitchens, the remaining two bedrooms are located upstairs. The second lounge upstairs has seating for 6 and satellite TV. There is a basement/utility room that has a pool table and air-conditioning. The bedrooms sleep 14 people with five additional single beds that can sleep a further 5 kids. Extra beds are charged at 500 THB/night</p>

As the location is set in the countryside, a 14-seat minibus and driver are included in the rates, so you never have to worry about feeling distanced from the main part of Pattaya, and can actually bask in its relaxing atmosphere.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">The White House Huay Yai is located approximately 9km from Na Jomtien Beach and a little further away from the main drag at Jomtien beach where you will find a vast number of restaurants and bars. Within a 10-minute drive, you can be at the golf courses at Pheonix GC and Siam Country Club, making this villa the perfect choice for golf lovers. Because of the villa's beautiful countryside setting, a 14-seat minibus with driver is available included in the rates 8 hours a day, although you will have to pay for the fuel. Any extra hours will be charged at THB 150.00 per hour plus fuel, parking and toll fees. This service does not incluse airport transfers. </p>
