There are wall to wall glass sliding doors to the fore of the condo which give access to the covered balcony. This area is very private and can be used regardless of the weather, thanks in part to the trailing plants which also assist in keeping the condo cool throughout the day.

Two bedrooms are accessed via a short hallway to the rear of the living area. To the right, is the generously-sized master suite. The en-suite bathroom is opposite the floor to ceiling bank of three double wardrobes to the left of the entrance. The bathroom is accessed via double doors and is typically expansive and well-appointed. There are twin wash basins with modern chrome fittings and tall mirrors behind. There is a large dual person Jacuzzi bath which is also surrounded by mirrors giving added light and dimensions. The walk-in shower has a frosted glass panel giving privacy but allowing ample light.

The main body of the bedroom is replete with a Fendi designed king-size bed and Fendi iguana-skin side tables. A 50" TV with 14 international channels, plus a DVD player, are positioned in the counter-corner to the private balcony. There is sufficient space for two sun-loungers and this area gives great views to the lush green Surin Hills and the tropically-landscaped communal pool. The floor to ceiling, sliding glass doors on two sides of the bedroom are finished with both day and night blinds for maximum privacy and comfort.

The second bedroom has a Fendi king-size bed too, and benefits from two double fitted robes and vanity/shelving unit which houses the 40" flat-screen TV and DVD player. The furniture in this room is white and gives a great feeling of peace and space. There are two occasional chairs and a small table set against the wall of windows.

This bedroom shares the main bathroom which is conveniently located right next door. This has a large walk-in shower with glass-brick windows which gives a bright aspect, whilst maintaining privacy.

The third bedroom is to the rear of the kitchen and has twin single beds. This also has two double fitted wardrobes and a large flat-screen TV. The en-suite is finished in black slate with a frosted glass walk-in shower cubicle.

The attention to detail and tasteful designer accents, from the Armani Casa mirrors to the Fendi beds, in this premium condo add to the overall feeling of luxury, and will provide a delightful escape from the rat race.
